Walter Copeland owned this 1938 Standard Oil station and he took customer service seriously. Like many other stations of the time, large windows allow the attendant to see approaching customers and be ready to run out and pump their gas, wash their windshield and check the oil. The station's curved exterior seems to announce "smooth and efficient service here!"
